A candidate or client is a valid referral if they have not previously worked with Truex Métier and are not currently in our database of contacts. If we place your referred candidate and the placement meets the client's contract requirements, or if we secure and fill a new job requisition from your referred client (a Successful Placement), Truex Métier will pay a referral bonus in the amount of $$$.
